On the official Twitter account of the anime adaptation of “Attack on Titan” (jap.: “Shingeki no Kyojin”) a new trailer for the first part of the third part of the final season was released, which you can watch further down in this article.
First part on March 3, 2023
Like the first two parts, the two-part final part of “Attack on Titan: Final Season” will be produced under the direction of director Yuuichirou Hayashi at Studio MAPPA. The first part is expected to have a running time of approximately 60 minutes and will air on Japanese television on March 3, 2023. The second part is expected to follow later this year.
The theme song of the final part is titled “UNDER THE TREE” and is contributed by the Japanese band SiM. The composers Hiroyuki Sawano (“Bubble”) and Kouta Yamamoto (“86 EIGHTY-SIX”) are once again responsible for the background music of the TV special.
So far, “Attack on Titan” consists of 87 episodes in four seasons, which are available on demand from the streaming service Crunchyroll with English and Japanese soundtracks.
